Job Description:
The Candidate will be designated as WEB DEVELOPER . The CTC would be in
between 1.2 L-1.4 L per annum according to candidates performance.
After completion of initial probation period of 3 months candidate will be designated
according to their potential development and work ability in which position the trainee
will be absorbed and given suitable increment according to their performance evaluated
through quarterly performance appraisal.
During the service with company, company will recognize the aptitude /cleverness of
candidate and suitably rewarded to improve their work and efficiency.
There will be 9 hrs shift work with a weekly off and other national holidays.
Annual bonus will be allowed. Annual increments @minimum 10% and up to 30% will
be granted according to the merit, performance and attitude of the employee.
Educational Qualification:
Any Degree from an affiliated university
